    the incompetence of this organization is mind boggling. I shipped a same day package, critical to my business operations, using same day delivery. The package was lost!!! After several phone calls I learned that it was " not our fault, Delta lost the package" incredible. $375 to deliver a package and it was lost, then blamed on a sub contractor. TAKE RESPONABILITY!!! it's you - FedEx - that I paid to deliver the package.
